We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative for our office in Islamabad.
This is a full-time position with a shift of 8 working hours from Mon-Sat.
What will your day look like?
- Responding to and answering candidate queries using our structured resources via email, Social Media, and telephone
- Completing tasks in a timely manner to achieve daily targets
- Building rapport with customers along with being patient
- Responding to the majority of incoming queries received by the business and transferring them to the relevant departments
The ideal candidate will need to have:
- Extremely organized with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written, verbal, and strong IT skillset
- Self-motivation and drive, with the ability to prioritize your workload
- Driven and positive approach toward work
- Passionate about engaging with customers and providing solutions to make their lives easier

Hours:
Working Shifts will be between 09:00 am-6:00 pm.
Requirements:
