Job Description
ProtoCall Outsource, a leading inbound contact center partnering with taxi companies throughout the UK, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Inbound Contact Centre Representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls and inquiries from taxi customers and drivers.
- Assist with booking and dispatching of taxi services.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 1 year of call center experience is preferred.
Location: Phase 6, Bahria Town, Islamabad
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
