Job Description
We are seeking a professional Customer Support Representative to manage inquiries via phone, email, and chat. The successful candidate will provide courteous, efficient assistance, resolve customer concerns, and deliver accurate product information. Responsibilities include troubleshooting basic technical issues, documenting interactions in the CRM, and escalating complex cases to appropriate teams.
