Job Description

Qasim Developers Tech Limited is seeking 8 individuals for the position of Customer Support Representative. Candidates should have basic knowledge of customer handling.

Job Summary: A Customer Support Representative plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively handling inquiries and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via calls, emails, or chat
  • Investigate and resolve issues
  • Maintain knowledge of products/services
  • Accurately document customer interactions
  • Adhere to company policies and quality standards

Shift Timing: 2 PM to 10 PM & 5 PM to 12 AM

Salary: Rs 45,00.00 – Rs 65,00.00 per month
