- Handle & respond to client emails, chats, and queries
- Resolve client issues professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with departments for shipment movement
- Monitor and update shipment status for clients
- Maintain accurate records on company portal
- Ensure safe shipment delivery with internal and third-party partners
- Assist sales team with shipment inquiries
- Create daily rider accounts and update manager
- Perform assigned tracking and delivery tasks
Job Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year coordination & customer handling experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Work well under high-stress situations
- Problem-solving skills
