Role Description
RTW Creation is looking for a full-time, on-site Customer Support Representative based in Karachi. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for RTW Creation’s customers. You will receive and handle inbound inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to help improve customer experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service or related field is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
