Job Description
Source Code Academia is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle incoming queries from students, parents, and staff via phone, email, and online platforms. You will maintain records of customer interactions and ensure a positive experience for all.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Fluency in Urdu and English is essential.
We offer a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs50,00.00.
