Job Description
Techsol IT in Shahra-e-Faisal seeks 20 full-time Customer Support Representatives for the night shift (starting 12:00 AM). Compensation: base PKR 70,00 plus commission; average take-home PKR 80,00–90,00.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to international clients and maintain high call volumes
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly KPIs, handle objections, close deals, and log customer details in CRM
Requirements: fluent English with a neutral/near-native accent; minimum 6 months’ experience in cold calling, sales, or lead generation; punctual, target-driven, team-oriented, and resilient to rejection. CRM experience is a plus. On-site work only.
