Job Description

Tekboox, a leading IT company based in the US, is seeking to urgently fill the position of Customer Support Executive. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service in the healthcare sector while working collaboratively with insurance providers and managing patient scheduling for US doctors. Familiarity with EMR/EHR and medical billing systems is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver healthcare customer support
  • Coordinate with insurance providers
  • Schedule appointments for patients
  • Utilize EMR/EHR and medical billing systems
  • Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills

Requirements: Up to 2 years of experience (females preferred) and excellent English communication skills are required.

Location: DHA Lahore, Night Shift (6 PM – 3 AM), Full-time

Pay: Rs 80,00.00 – Rs 1,00,00.00 per month
