Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative at Voltron Operations. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing prompt and courteous customer support to our clients. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Representative will also communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their issues.
Qualifications
