Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Agent at Woodaction furniture in Lahore. The Customer Support Agent will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer support and communication. The candidate should be able to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner using a variety of customer service tools including phone, email, and chat.
Qualifications
- Strong customer support and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively
- Familiarity with customer service tools such as phone, email, and chat systems
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Prior experience in a customer support role is preferred
- Location is State Life Society near DHA
