Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via Phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Expert guidance on cryptocurrency and fintech-related queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry trends.
- Collaborate with departments to enhance customer experience.
- Document customer feedback to improve services.
- Flexible hours, including weekends, to support global customers.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Customer Service experience in fintech or crypto industry.
