Job Description
Abacus Consulting is seeking experienced Customer Service/Support Specialists for our UAE project. Your role will involve making inbound and outbound calls to assist our clients.
Profile Requirements:
- Fluency in English (American Accent Preferred)
- Flexible work hours (Morning/Evening/Night Shift)
- Financial understanding
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Education: A-levels/Intermediate (minimum)
Salary: Rs 70,00.00 – Rs 80,00.00 per month
Location: Lahore (Reliably commute or planning to relocate)
