Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and technical support, analyzing customer feedback, and providing solutions to issues. This role also requires collaborating with other teams, documenting customer interactions, and contributing towards team goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Experience in Technical Support.
- Excellent analytical skills for problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in Customer Support in the financial or accounting industry would be beneficial.
