Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site position for a Customer Support Specialist located in Lahore District. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, resolving customer support inquiries, responding to customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves communicating with customers through various channels, and documenting customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Customer Support, Technical Support, and Analytical Skills
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
