Job Description
Brillant Avenir is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position requires providing technical support while effectively managing inbound and outbound calls to deliver outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and phone in a timely manner.
- Deliver effective solutions during calls.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base for efficient issue resolution.
- Accurately record and update customer information.
- Achieve performance targets while adhering to company policies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Care (Preferred)
Working Hours: 3 p.m – 12 a.m or 4 p.m – 1 a.m (UK Banking Hours)
Compensation: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
