Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Specialist. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat. You will have the option to be located in Lahore, but some work from home is acceptable. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the face of our company and will need to display a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable demeanor at all times.
