Job Description
We are an INBOUND Customer Service Provider (no sales) serving clients in the US, Canada, and Europe. Our operations run 24/7, and we seek serious candidates with prior inbound CSR experience, preferably in US or UK campaigns.
Job Duties Include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls
- Handling service inquiries and complaints
- Participating in training sessions and team meetings
- Collaborating with team members
- Working flexible shifts to ensure coverage
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Rs. 65,00 to Rs. 80,00 + bonuses
