Job Description
We are seeking a professional Customer Support Specialist to deliver fast, high-quality chat, email, and phone support on rotating shifts for our STR project. The role requires assisting guests with account and administrative issues, communicating clearly, and adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Requirements: strong written and spoken English with a neutral American accent, error-free writing, good typing speed, rapid system learning, and flexible shift availability.
- Preferred: 1 year of customer service experience.
- Terms: full-time, in-person; immediate hiring.
- Compensation & benefits: Rs75,00–Rs80,00/month, paid training, annual raises/bonuses, fuel allowance, and paid leave.
