Job Description

Work type: full-time and on-site.

Timings: (5:00 p.m.–2:00 a.m.) Night Shift

Location: DHA, Phase 5, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media.
  2. Issue Resolution: Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate and timely solutions. Escalate complex problems to higher levels of management when necessary, ensuring customer problems are resolved effectively.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
  4. Order Processing: Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes.
  5. Problem-Solving: Analyze customer problems and identify underlying issues. Propose innovative solutions to prevent recurring problems and enhance the overall customer experience.
  6. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and relay insights to relevant internal teams to drive continuous improvement in our products, services, and processes.
  7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the CRM system. Generate reports as needed to provide insights into customer trends and needs.
  8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Technical Support, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  9. Quality Assurance: Strive for excellence in customer interactions by adhering to established customer service guidelines, standards, and protocols. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  4. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  5. Adaptability to handle a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
