Job Description
We are looking for a Client Support Specialist focusing on Email Communications. Engage with clients via email, address inquiries, provide guidance, and resolve issues related to property transactions and client accounts.
Key Responsibilities: Manage client communications, resolve real estate issues, provide instructions, maintain documentation, and ensure quality in responses.
Qualifications: Proven customer service experience, excellent written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with email management systems.
Location: Main Jinnah Avenue Road, Karachi
Job Type: Full-time; Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month; In-person.
