Job Description
A Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues. They will address customer inquiries and complaints through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
