Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to Customer Queries: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media, providing accurate and timely solutions.
- Customer Interaction: Provide a professional and friendly experience during all customer interactions.
- Maintain Records: Document and update customer interactions and resolutions in the support system
- Provide Product Information: Educate customers on product features, updates, and services.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with technical support, product, or sales teams to resolve complex issues and relay customer feedback.
- Customer Follow-up: Ensure customers’ issues are fully resolved and follow up for feedback when necessary.
