Job Description
Fresh Basket is an expanding nationwide delivery service, revolutionizing the way people access fresh and high-quality groceries, important F&V, dry fruits, and much more.
Now, we’re on the lookout for a customer support specialist to join our team. If you’re passionate about providing excellent customer service and ready to enhance the overall customer experience, we want to see your CV.
What You Will Do:
- Receiving incoming calls from customers
- Responding to customer inquiries through chat and email
- Analyzing and addressing customer requests
- Handling and resolving conflicts effectively

- Grammatically correct in written and verbal communication

What We Offer:
- Work schedule: 6 days per week with shift rotation (morning, evening)
- Comprehensive training will be provided
- Monthly compensation: 2800 to 3500 PKR gross
