Salary range between 70k to 90k depending on experience and evaluation during assessment.

Paid Training Period if successfully evaluated.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore District for an Appointment Setter. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for setting appointments, scheduling appointments, lead generation, communicating with potential customers, and providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, building reports, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Your goal is to identify and qualify leads, nurturing them through the initial stages of the sales funnel.

Note: We are looking to get people with the best English accent on board for the Outbound Campaign, which is NOT cold calling, instead a lead generation project as appointment bookings for clients. And this is NOT a sales role. We are not authorized to sell anything.

Qualifications

• Experience in setting appointments and appointment scheduling
• Ability to generate leads and communicate effectively with potential customers
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
• Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a BPO or customer service environment is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
