Job Description
As a Customer Support (CSR) at GK Hair, you will be the primary point of contact for GK Hair’s customers. Responsibilities include product/services information, issue resolution, and upselling.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
- Upsell products to abandoned checkout customers.
- Communicate with customers via calls, chats, emails, and social media.
- Develop account plans and gather feedback for improvement.
Requirements:
- Prior Customer Support experience with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in English and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in Freshdesk, Gorgios, Shopify is a plus.
