Job Description
Job Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Responsibilities:
- Communication with local and Australian office team
- Administration of delivery and assessment of courses
- Follow-up calls with students regarding attendance and assignments
- Management of training material and resources
- Recording and reporting the administration work performed
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in English, Humanities or Social Sciences
- A minimum of one year experience as a Liaison officer and customer support representative
- Must be fluent in English speaking and proficient in English writing
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must have IT skills for remote calling (Skype etc.) and communication (Microsoft Outlook etc.)
- Must be a team player and dedicated with ‘can-do’ attitude
- Be available in after hours
- Teaching experience is a plus
