Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Support Specialist located in Karāchi. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical problems, and analyzing customer data for insights.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support and Technical Support skills
  • Interpersonal and Analytical Skills
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
