We are looking for inbound customer support agents for our Gulberg Greens Office.

Role Description:
This full-time rotating shift-based role entails Customer Support Specialist duties at MindZBASE in Islamabad. Responsibilities include providing customer support, ensuring satisfaction, and offering technical support daily.
Qualifications:
- Inbound Customer Support and Technical Support skills
- Proficient in understanding British accent
- Strong Interpersonal and Analytical skills
- Experience in maintaining customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of computer usage
Location: Gulberg Greens Islamabad
Salary Range: 35K-60K
Shifts: 2:00 PM – 9:00 AM (2 shifts)
