Role Description
This is a full-time Customer Support Specialist role with Ozone Communications. The Specialist will provide top-tier customer support, resolve issues, and assist customers with a friendly approach. Some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and Technical Support skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills
- Call center experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Base compensation: 70k-80k + commissions
Location: Burj e Noor Plaza, 3rd floor, Rwp.
