Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Specialist. The role involves providing technical and non-technical support to customers via phone, email, and online chat. The Customer Support Specialist will also research and resolve technical issues, handle customer complaints, and maintain customer records. This role is located in Karachi but allows for some remote work.
Qualifications
