Job Description

RepMeUp is currently seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through both email and live chat, as well as coordinating with suppliers to resolve issues with undelivered orders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Talking to our customers through email and live chat.
  2. Communicating with our suppliers to fix issues with undelivered orders.
  3. Keeping track of orders to ensure timely delivery.
  4. Assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  5. Handling tasks independently and efficiently.

Communication Platforms:

  • Slack and Skype for supplier communication.
  • HelpScout for email support management.
  • Tidio for live chat interactions.

Requirements:

  1. Experience with Slack Messenger and Skype.
  2. Knowledge of Shopify is a plus, but not required.
  3. Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  4. Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
  5. Availability for specific hours, especially for Live Chat support.

Location: Johar Town

Job Type: On-Site, Part Time

Hours: 6 PM to 12 AM

Salary: 25,00 to 35,00, depending on experience and capabilities.
