Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat to help them with any queries or issues they may have. They will also be responsible for providing technical support, resolving customer complaints, collecting feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
