Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional support to clients and guests, answering their queries.
- Manage the intake process for both existing clients and new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Must be proficient in managing CRM tools to handle client or customer information, track leads, communication, and ensure follow-ups.
- Accurately record details of client interactions, ensuring all relevant information is captured for future reference.
- Proactively follow up with leads to ensure they are progressing through the sales funnel.
- Track and manage leads, ensuring they are attended to promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with CRM systems and technology.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Fluent in English.
- Flexible to work in US hours.
