Job Description
Robust Support & Solutions is seeking a dedicated Live Support Specialist for our Karachi office.
Office Location: PECHS, BLOCK 6
Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM CST (8 PM to 5 AM Pakistan Time), 6 days a week
Key Responsibilities:
You will manage operational functions, processing discounts and refunds, conducting inventory audits, and providing technical support.
Qualifications:
– Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
– 2 years of customer support/inventory management experience required.
– Bachelor’s degree required.
– Fluent in English.
Pay: Rs45,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month
