Position Title: Customer Support Team Lead

Timing: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM.

Location: DHA Phase 6 Lahore

Job Type: On-Site

Responsibilities

  • Handle Queries, Requests, and Complaints from customers tactfully.
  • Follow standard processes and procedures for providing solutions.
  • Offer top-notch customer service at every interaction, ensuring end-to-end resolution.
  • Drive superior customer engagement and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Ability to overcome objections and manage customer pushback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in English skills, both written and verbal
  • Minimum 1 year of experience; Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Positive can-do attitude
