Job Description
LOKAL Ventures (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for an experienced Customer Support Team Lead to oversee, mentor, and train our Customer Support Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), organizing weekly schedules, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and enhancing existing systems to boost overall performance. A comprehensive understanding of our products and services is crucial for this role.
Applicants must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a junior managerial role within customer support, or 3-4 years of experience in Operations. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, are essential.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary between Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month. Applications are due by March 30, 2025, with an anticipated start date of April 7, 2025.
