Job Description
We are looking for a Level 2 Technical Support Engineer to join our team at IoT Expert. The ideal candidate should have experience in computer hardware, networking, VoIP phones, switches, and routers. Your main responsibility will be providing technical support to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and hardware issues.
- Configure and maintain network equipment, such as VoIP phones, switches, and routers.
- Diagnose and solve technical problems.
- Offer technical advice and support via email and phone.
- Monitor and upkeep VoIP systems.
- Manage system performance and conduct necessary adjustments.
- Perform regular maintenance on all systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in computer networking and VoIP systems.
- Strong understanding of switches and routers.
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills.
