Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Software Engineering/Networking
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Very comfortable with English speaking (American Accent required)
- Able to handle customer calls worldwide, particularly from Americans
- Good understanding of Microsoft Windows and Customer Support experience
Good to Have
- Experience supporting USA-based clients
- Access Control Systems experience
- Networking knowledge
- Troubleshooting skills in Microsoft Windows
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues related to access control systems
- Offer remote assistance and guide customers through system setup
- Provide training, create documentation, and conduct follow-up communications
- Assist sales team with technical expertise and conduct educational webinars
