Job Description
The Customer Support/Onboarding Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the onboarding process for new clients and their team members. This role involves creating training materials, facilitating training sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new clients onto the platform. The ideal candidate should have a background in customer support, good communication skills, and a passion for mastering client product knowledge. Fintech Domain background will be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive onboarding programs that cover essential skills, knowledge, configurations, and tools required for new customers.
- Lead onboarding training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to ensure new customers are effectively onboarded.
- Continuously evaluate and refine the onboarding process based on feedback, performance metrics, and industry best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency.
- Create and maintain up-to-date training materials, guides, and resources to support the onboarding process.
Education Required: BSCS, BSIT, BSSE, or any relevant experience.
Experience Required: 5+ years.
