Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Candidates must have L3 support.
- Troubleshooting & Debugging problems.
- Data consistency & synchronization monitoring.
- Workaround in case of issues with provisioning.
- Produces performance reporting (KPI/dashboard).
- Awareness of IAM, CyberArk methodology, and principles.
- 8+ years of IT experience and 5+ years in SIEM & Cyber Security technologies.
- 4+ years experience in CyberArk, CPM, PSM, and PVWA.
- Windows and Linux OS knowledge.
- Develop & production deployment of scripts for automatic deployment.
- Networking knowledge TCP/IP, Firewalls, AD Domains/LDAP, and F5.
- Ability to produce maintain accurate documentation.
- Good experience in Ansible, scripting/programming skills.
- Certifications like CyberArk Defender, CyberArk Sent are a plus.
