Job Description
Summary: We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Complaint Ticket Escalation Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to escalate complaint tickets to the appropriate ODN Access departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Utilize MS Outlook for effective email communication in English.
- Coordinate activities across various departments.
- Exhibit strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Effectively manage and escalate tickets as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE-CIT).
- Aged under 25.
- Familiarity with GPON technology.
- 1-2 years of experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Salary: Up to Rs45,00.00 per month
