Position Summary
Improve the accuracy and reliability of the Demand Plan through projection of the most accurate estimate of customer demand and manage exceptions to enhance the responsiveness of the organization’s Supply Chain in fulfilling customer demand.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Consistently achieve sustainable Demand Plan Accuracy improvement.
- Implement improvements to Demand and Supply Planning processes and tools.
- Communicate gaps, action impacts, and feasibility to Senior Management.
- Use appropriate statistical models to generate accurate base demand forecasts.
- Drive fast, appropriate actions to minimize deviations from the Demand Plan.
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with proficiency in analytical skills
- 3-5 years’ experience in Supply Chain and Planning
- Expert knowledge of Market research methodologies & tools
- Good understanding of business
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI
