Job Description
The Data Analyst I at DM Clinical Research will be in charge of collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting data from various departments. Responsibilities include developing databases, conducting analysis, producing reports, and acquiring data from research applications. The role also involves supporting initiatives, identifying data inconsistencies, and monitoring performance measures.
Requirements for the position include a Bachelor’s degree, at least one year of data analytics experience (preferably in healthcare or process improvement), proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SQL server queries, and BI tools. The candidate should also have experience in coaching other analysts, excellent communication, organizational skills, and expertise in managing large-scale databases.
