Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the direct supervisor in data collection, recording, and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and verification of data.
- Utilize M-ITSM for Fuel delivery.
- Liaise with various parties for information gathering.
- Analyze and present collected data effectively.
- Provide creative solutions for process improvement.
- Maintain and update client database.
- Ensure data security and perform backups.
- Handle troubleshooting and additional responsibilities.
- Prevent missing data of fuel, NOC, PM, CM, WH.
- Understand and address daily business issues using data.
- Compile and analyze data for business problem-solving.
- Create clear data visualizations.
Qualification and Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in data entry and analysis.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Basic data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- 3-4 years of data analysis experience.
