Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for organizing data related to, but not limited to, performance management and workload analysis. They will utilize technical expertise to ensure the data is accurate and of high quality, then analyze, design, and present it in a way that assists individuals and stakeholders in making better decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, cleanse and interpret data to find meaningful and actionable insights.
- Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets to aid in diagnosis and prediction.
- Define key performance measures drawing on quantitative and qualitative sources.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose work distribution, and devise data governance strategies.
- Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings – Prepare final analysis reports for the Management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data to enable informed decision-making.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or Data Science.
Experience Requirement:
- 1-2 years’ Data Analysis experience.
- Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI for dashboards and analytics.
