Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Data Analyst role located in Taxila at Work-Nix Solutions. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex data to provide business insights, create reports, and build data dashboards using advanced Excel skills, VBA/Macro programming, and other tools. The Data Analyst must also be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify data requirements, and develop solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field is required.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA/Macro programming.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment and to communicate complex data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and other data visualization tools are a plus.
- Experience with data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes are a plus.
