Functional Responsibilities

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and understand technical information related to QlikView reports, backend infrastructure, calculated fields, filters, etc.
- Create comprehensive and user-friendly documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and process documentation.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear and accessible content for diverse audiences.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality documentation.
- Proficiency in documentation tools and version control systems.
- Ability to multitask from documentation to sustain operation support.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data visualization tools such as QlikView, Tableau, and Power BI and their techniques.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Ability to report out results quantitatively.
