Job Description:
The Data Analytics Manager will be responsible for leading a team in analyzing and interpreting large sets of data to uncover valuable insights. They will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven strategies. The Manager will also oversee the implementation of data analytics tools and technologies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data collection and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee a team of data analysts in executing data analytics projects.
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies to maximize business opportunities and solve complex problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and translate business requirements into actionable insights.
- Oversee the design and implementation of data analytics tools and technologies to enhance data collection and analysis processes.
- Present findings and insights to senior management to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality control measures and performing regular audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, R, and Tableau.
- Experience in leading, managing, and developing a team of data analysts.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
