Job Description

Job Responsibility:

  • Clean, convert, validate data integrity and migrate client data (inventory, customers, repairs, invoices) from client legacy applications onto the RepairDesk platform using a suite of in-house tools and Excel in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Act as a critical partner in helping the Implementation team reach ambitious onboarding targets by providing on-time and accurate data delivery and actionable conversion recommendations to clients and key stakeholders.
  • Work independently as a self-starter, and within a team environment;
  • Perform testing of in-house migration tools & report any bugs,
  • inconsistencies, or improvement suggestions to the development team.
  • Verify data integrity and identify data cleanliness issues.
  • Handle internal files related to support and success, including
  • Contraction sheets, commission sheets, and data migration documents.
  • Create and maintain documentation for the inhouse migration tools.
  • Provide insights and feedback to enhance inhouse migration tools
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information. 

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance or related.
  • Good writing skills [english]
  • Experience within a similar role with similar responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft excel.
  • Strong understanding of data conversion work processes and deliverables
  • Comprehensive analytical skills and the ability to formulate client-specific solutions.
  • Experience in migrating/converting data
  • Strong test documentation, management, execution and reporting skills.
  • Strong ability to understand business processes and logic.
