Job Description
Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Job Description: We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team at Ikhlas Foods Pvt Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for inputting data into our software systems, including Delivery Notes, Goods Receive Notes, Invoices, payments, stock reports, and performing account reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into the company’s software. Manage and update Delivery Notes, Goods Receive Notes, Invoices, payments, stock reports, and performing account reconciliation.
- Scan documents and attach them to gate passes and payments in the system.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist in generating reports as needed.
Job Requirements: Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Job Details:
- Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Days: Monday to Saturday
- Location: Port Bin Qasim, Karachi
- Note: No pick and drop service provided. No Remote Work.
